Mitchell Tokarek

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. If you’re here, you may be looking for support from someone who can truly understand and relate to the challenges associated with growing up and living in a rural community.

Farming has been in my family for generations. I’ve seen and lived the hardships that can come with generational shifts and technological changes. My grandparents showed me the work ethic and responsibility that comes with being a farmer and supporting one’s family through caring for the land.

As a psychologist, my approach is to be direct and to the point in finding practical easy-to-use tools and strategies to help with any type of presenting mental health challenges people may be experiencing. I want you to know that regardless of the issue, be it family/relationship stress or personal concerns, there are resources available to assist you with these problems. My goal will always be to help individuals in rural communities keep mentally and physically well so that their quality of life is high and we can continue to live healthy and happy lives. If you want to have a conversation about what this might look like to you, I look forward to hearing from you.
