CURRENTLY ON LEAVE - RETURNING DECEMBER 2024

As a Registered Psychologist, I provide professional counselling to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families from all walks of life. I know how important it is to feel heard and understood by your psychologist when seeking help, so I’m especially excited to offer support to farmers and their families through a farming culture perspective.

I grew up on a third-generation cattle and grain farm in rural Alberta. As a kid, I would help my parents on the farm and was a proud member of our local 4-H Beef Club. After high school, I lived in Edmonton for a few years while obtaining my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Counselling degrees. My husband and I are now happy to be back in the country, where we are starting a cattle and grain farm of our own.

Farming is not just a job, it’s a way of life that comes with its own unique rewards and challenges. It can be hard to reach out for support, but you don’t have to go through hard times alone.

Offers counselling sessions on a sliding scale. This hourly rate is based on your income and makes sessions accessible to anyone who doesn’t have insurance but still would like to explore treatment.
