I'm Alex and I am a Registered Psychologist and Co-Owner of Mindbuffs in Sherwood Park, Alberta. My family has been in the agriculture industry for a long time! My moms side of the family was heavily involved in the pig and livestock farming industry out in Ponoka.
I have been working as a psychologist since 2018 and I specialize in performance, sports, corporate, and now the ag industry. Our clinic has facilitated workshops and trainings with corporate organizations within the Ag industry!
I have a passion for facilitating training and group sessions, developing and maintaining a sense of community, and most importantly creating an impact in our community and society.
